We’ve been very happy with our experience this first season at Marine Max in Brick. We bought our boat from Dan Furnback and kept it at their marina. They’ve been very responsive to all of our service requests and also helpful to us as we learn the ins and outs of the water since we are new boat owners. Tim Ryan, the marina manager, and all the staff are great.

We are first time boat owners and really didn’t know what to expect with the boat buying process. Marine Max WB has set the bar incredibly high. Every employee we dealt with (Dean, JT, Tim, Toma, Whitney, Jamie and Victoria) provided outstanding customer service. Any and all questions were handled quickly, efficiently and accurately. As you can see I am not one to knock a business. Especially being a multiple business owner myself !!!!! Here’s what I experienced while purchasing my recent Searay boat from them: 1) THEY LIE 2) THEIR RUDE 3) THEY HAVE NO ORGANIZATION 4) THE SALES MANAGER LIES 5) NO BUSINESS MANAGER OR CLOSING DEPT 6) THEY CANT SPELL 7) THEY SAY WHATEVER YOU WANT TO HEAR. 8 THEY HIDE WHEN MEN CONFRONT THEM.
