The parts manager is a real pain in the ass to deal with - he acts like he's doing you a favor to get you a part, I won't be back
The yacht center reminds me of St. Trope except this time Around i can go on every boat at my pace. Very knowledgeable team at this location and again the setting is how to display those beauties

We are first time boat buyers and we did look around at a few other dealers, but we were sold when we went to Marine Max and was greeted by Arnold Santiago. His professionalism, knowledge and warm personality sold us at hello. I could honestly say I would'nt buy from anyone else. Once you buy the boat, it's not over. Marine Max continues to treat you like a part of the boating family. This has been a fantastic experience for us and we are thrilled with our Sea Ray.

Wow. Flawless execution of a customer experience. Mike Knoll, Tyler, JT, Jay, and the rest of the team was amazing. They all were very professional and made the process very easy.
They took over management of the BMC boattell in the inner harbor of Baltimore near Canton. Lots of details to work through. I wish they got all the processes taken care of in the winter.
