They do not honor warranty. Friends purchased last year has now been out of the water for 421 days. Those are lost cruising days you can’t get back. Shameful.

I called the service center 3 times on consecutive days and left messages with my name and phone number. Told them I wanted to schedule service time because I needed work done on my POD drives. I never received a call back.
