After 6 months of Accutane with Dr.Z, I switched doctors and I am glad I did as the last 3 months my skin has looked better than the 6 months with Dr. Z. After addressing concerns of treatment and the dosage Dr.Z failed to change the regimen despite no improvement in the past couple months, with the reasoning "it will have the same effect."
