I was very disappointed in the service. After bragging on how good this place was. I called on Wednesday and spoke to Marie herself and made reservations. I called back on Friday to add more people and they did not have my reservations on the books. She lady ask me yo hold on and when she came back on the phone she assured me I would have my reservations. Sent my steak back twice. Getting the 2nd steak took forever! After never getting a 3rd steak,the waiter came back & said we "comped" your meal. What he meant to say is we gave up & we are not charging you for the meal you never got. Comping out a meal is when you finally get it right & you give the meal complimentary as a good gesture. I've never had a bad experience at Marie Livingston's.. The staff is always friendly and the food is sooo tasty. I'll go sometimes on lunch and get the Beef/vegetables kabobs.. Sooo good.

We had reservations for 15. The staff called to verify our plans as well. Upon arrival, our set up was not ready. An hour later.... still waiting. The manager was nice enough to give appetizers free and the server was nice. I think the food was awesome. But I think there needs to be more training on service. I will definitely go back.
