Floors had trash on them. Tables from lunch hadn't been bused from the noon meal. Staff was totally unprepared for the dinner serving. Never did receive my cocktail. The excuse given was the bartender hadn't arrived. At the prices this restaurant charges I expected first class treatment. This was my 45th wedding anniversary dinner. Had to ask to have water classes to be filled. This place evidently is living off past reputation. Parking lot full of trash that should have been my hint. Will never be back or recommend.
Steaks were excellent. Service was sub par. Never did get one of our drinks and it took 1/2 hour to pour me a glass of wine which I sent back for lack of the other drink in our order. Had to ask twice for water refills. Filthy dining room and for$28 for a steak you'd think they could put out real salt and pepper shakers instead of McCormick and paper napkins. Won't ever go back.
We were very disappointed. Went Father's Day (this past Sunday) around 8pm. My son ordered one type of steak to be told later they ran out what other kind did he want. Then when our meals came out it looked like they took the steaks and just plopped them on the plates; splattered juice all over the plates. His "stemmed" veggies looked like they had been boiled mush instead stemmed. Rolls were bland - definitely not good yeast rolls. Tried to make reservation for special Anniversary dinner out and was told "we can't take your reservation. Try calling a few hours before you want to dine." Well, that's great customer service. Perhaps I'll look around for another fine dining place for an anniversary celebration.
I read some other reviews. We didn't make it to the key lime pie! We were too full. Great steaks. Done just right, especially mine.
Great service! Awesome food! I could make a meal off the spicy Thai shrimp appetizer! Steaks were great and cooked to perfection!
A very good place to eat. very good service. The rolls and sweet potatoes very good. Steak was tender and very good in flavor.
