Best stylists in Chicago – This was my first visit to the Strokirk salon and wont be my last. I had my highlights done by John and they turned out to be excellent just what I wanted. I also received the best hair cut ever from Jordan. I was very pleased with both my services that I am looking forward to going back and getting different services. The staff here was very friendly and paid close attention to what I wanted for my hair. I recommend this salon to everyone and thank them for a wonderful experience.

Hair and nails to die for!!!! – I've had many bad experiences with my hair. This salon has definetely given me back the faith in good looks and good hair. At my young age is hard to afford pricey hairstaylist, but with my lifestyle is impossible to afford a horrible haircut. Bonnie gave me the best cut ever and the manicurist did an exellent job with my otherwise unattractive nails. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, so I definetely recomend the salon. I know I'm not going enywhere else ever again!

A Great Experience Awaits You!!!! – I Just recently visited Marianne Strokirk Salon and got a cut and a blowdry from Violetta. It was the Best experience ever!!! She is very professional in her approach and a very outgoing person. Violetta met all my expectations. She listened to me and created a style that was right for me. I felt comfortable and important throught my visit. I've received many compliments from all my friends and have recommended Violetta to everyone. Go see Violetta, she is a truely an artist!

Fashion forward haircut and creative color – After trying a few other salons in my new neighborhood with unfortunate results, I booked a consultation with Violetta and colorist Stephen. Armed with a drawing of an idea, they took their time and listened to me. Together they came up with a haircut and a rather intricate color scheme to enhance the shape and movement of the new "do". best service and quality I have ever had! – have been to many top salons in chicago, none have compared to Strokirk. Have been back several times and it keeps on getting better. They always have a monthly promotion on hair products. they have seperate people for hair color and cut. i went to see Ashley for color and Bonnie for a haircut.

Worst haircut – I received the worst haircut I've ever had. I asked for a simple blunt cut and indicated the length I wanted. The stylist cut my hair at least 2 inches shorter than I asked. The ends were so uneven that I had to try to even them up myself. I also had highlights which turned out to be stripes. When I asked for a refund (after going through the humiliation of returning to the salon for an "evaluation" by another stylist,) they refused.
