Recommendedwonderful restaurant! great atmosphere, service, excellent food and prices! we were there for a late lunch and everything was exceptional. i had the Hot Brown and husband had the homemade chicken tenders, and we split a bread pudding. loved it all! Must try if you are in Bowling Green.
Update: Within a few hours of posting this review the general manager contacted me and apologized and offered a gift card. I responded the next day accepting his offer and letting him know that I very much appreciated him reaching out and trying to make amends. I am horribly disappointed in Mariah’s. My husband wanted take out for dinner tonight so first I tried to call in an order. The automated system tells you to push one for orders but that then puts you on hold for about 2 mins and then starts the options over again so finally I pushed 2 for Mariah’s. I explained the phone issue to the girl who answered and said I wanted to do a take out order. She promptly sent me back to the original order option which then eventually hung up on me. Great food and atmosphere. We have eaten here many times and it is always great!!
The banquet hall needs some cleaning attention. The rugs look like they haven't been vacuumed in months, especially when your entering the hall.
Our waiter was Chaz P. He was very nice, he kept Allen’s refills on his soft drink coming so that was a GOOD THING! We got our appetizer & Entrees quick & it was all delicious! The prices were reasonable & you certainly get your money’s worth! The fried dill pickle slices were amazing & the Filet was the most tender I have ever eaten! Saturday I brought 8 of my family members to Mariah’s and had an experience so bad that no one in my family will go back because of it. There wasn’t hardly anyone there eating at 1pm and it literally took 2 hours to get our food. Our server was fantastic she handled herself very well. My nephew’s grilled cheese came out with mold on it. We were told a manager would come see us but no one ever came. Our server said the manager just took the grilled cheese off of our bill. The menu had a lot of selections and the prices seemed reasonable. We arrived at 4:45 and I asked them if we could get in and out in 45 minutes, they said they would do their best. So we sat down and had our order ready by the time she took our drink order and again explained to the waitress that we were in a hurry. Excellent chicken salad, fried chicken, spinach artichoke appetizer, the price was very reasonable and the atmosphere was nice.
