My family and I went there for my sisters birthday tonight. There were maybe 3 other tables with guests at them in the whole restaurant. When we ordered my brother ordered prime rib. It took forever to get our food. When they finally started to bring our food out, they brought everybody’s but my brothers and mine. About 5 minutes later when she brought my salad out, she informs my brother that they are out of prime rib and asked if he wanted something else. TAKE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. GM is awful. Worst customer service. Would give zero stars if possible. There were 5 of us that ordered over $100 in food to-go. Only have a 30 min lunch break so had to call ahead. Picked up order and asked to sit in bar area to eat bc the place was EMPTY right at opening. “John” was so rude. And told us it was unacceptable to eat our to go order in the EMPTY bar. We explained that we just ordered over $100 and he insisted that we could not take tables from customers.
