I used to love Mariah’s. It has really changed since it moved from the old locate and not in a good way. I will not be back
I have always loved Mariah's but the customer service from Jessica over the phone today was horrible. Our order was missing dressing for the salad, no rolls, pickles were soggy, and then her tone was a joke and she legit just hung up on me. I think I will be filing a BBB complaint because Mariah's is starting to go down hill really fast lately and every time it is on this person's shift. I think new management is in order.
took us over 30 minutes to make a phone order. she kept putting us on hold every 30 seconds. unbelievable.
RecommendedFood and service were very good. Very friendly staff. We left when it was down pouring outside and they offered us an umbrella to get to the parking garage. Will definitely go there again.

we drove from Nashville to eat at Mariah's. it took us a while to find the new place. Directions need to be more specific for out of towners. Good food.
Very disappointed in the service I received today. As you can see from the pictures, not only was the chicken salad off the croissant, the croissant was soggy from the liquid from the chicken salad.
Terrible food, slow service .
Arrived at 5pm waited over 10 mins and still no one acknowledged we were there won’t be back!
