I first called Maria when I did a search for realtors in the Naperville, Illinois area. She had a lot of experience with probate work and estates. I had several questions for her and she answered them all over the phone.She was really helpful and provided a clear path going forward. Working with Maria to sell my late brother's 2 properties has been great. She has been so helpful in navigating through the process. She has a large network of service providers that helped us complete everything in only a few months. Maria is highly professional and responds to every challenge or question ASAP. Maria has been an absolute joy to help in the process of selling my home, she has consistently and constantly went above and beyond. She not only was able to get us a price that was above the appraised value of the home, but she was a HUGE help with running our estate sale when nobody else was willing to do so!
