Mares has been our termite inspection company for about 16 years. Every technician who has been to our home (Bruce and Daniel are the ones I remember) has always been very friendly, courteous, and taken their time to do a thorough inspection. Highly recommend Mares Exterminating in Poquoson! They were able to work us in tonight after my terrifying experience with tons of spiders outside of our house. I didn't even know they could spray at night but Bud had all the lights and equipment. (That's one brave soul!). It took about an hour, and he agreed we definitely had a problem. He captured three of the biggest ones to show me. It was $155 for two treatments. Worth. Every. Penny.

5 stars all the way! Daniel came by today to do a pre-inspection for us before we list our home. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I was pleasantly surprised, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mares Exterminating. I hope to be able to call them back when we close on the house.
