Had a wonderful experience, a very nice well kept historical hotel with great beds.
Customer service was excellent, the Marc restaurant dinner was excellent and the entire staff were very friendly and engaging. Therese at the check in counter was outstanding! Our first time here and we will probably return.
Beautiful hotel, good food, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Old beds, broken hairdryer (didn't call down for a new one honestly. I'm sure they would have replaced it) and the spa room sets off the fire alarm so your relaxing bath will only be 5 mins long or so before the fire alarm will continue to go off until you drain the tub and stand with the room door open dripping wet. Enjoyed our stay but probably won't be back again.
