The hotel was perfect in every way, except, the bed and pillows. We expected a wonderful, comfortable, bed, a choice of pillows on the bed. Non of which was our experience. The bed was not comfortable at all, we weren’t sure but it seemed like the head of the bed was slightly lower than the foot? If only one person were sleeping it might have not been so bad, but with 2 we kept ending up in the middle! Bait and switch. Made a reservation for a very busy weekend and then they send an email that indicates their elevators are broken and instead of offering a discount for my inconvenience, they say your options are to CANCEL or PAY AN UPGRADE fee to a section that has working elevators. Are you frickin serious?!
We stayed a lovely three days at your hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The restaurant was delicious. The service was wonderful. The room was beautiful. We wi be back!
