Haunted. Elegant. Old-world beautiful. Haunted. It's beyond awesome. Be sure to listen for the piano music with a woman sing an aria late at night when no one else is awake!

Great menu and staff. Only thing that I would recommend improving is the elevator situation in the west wing. It cna easily take 15 minutes to get an elevator to your floor on a Friday or Saturday evening. Also, for families, an entire family often can't even fit in the small 4 person elevator.
Enjoyed our stay! Staff was helpful, kind and fun when accommodating our large group.
Mixed experiences, friendly employees and great historical location. Staying in the tower rather than the “west wing” is a preferred. West Wing rooms can be more busy, cramped and at last stay not as clean as the past. Bathroom door was hard to get around when getting into the bath/shower, “watch your toes”. Over all great location and stay, in the main hotel.
In a perfect world, the Marc would have a Thanksgiving buffet everyday. Absolutely amazing in all aspects! The food and service were top notch as always. Well done to the staff!!
