There was METAL in my pizza. We've ordered from here multiple times but this was the first time something bad happened, while I'll admit they refunded us immediately and gave us a credit for a future order there was still METAL in my pizza. Again they handled it well and respectfully but it did happen nonetheless.
Pizza was the hottest pizza I've had in a long time....half pepperoni and half cheese.....two thumbs up....highly Recommended
Was supposed to be contactless delivery and my pizza left at my door. The delivery guy insisted on pounding on my door for 30 seconds. I waited thinking he'd leave then he pounded again. So I got up and answered the door as he was trying to leave with my pizza still in hand like going to rip me off. He came back in my apartment building and handed me my order. It was inconvenient and annoying.
Though they arent a local restaurant, sad to say, I do like their pizza. Its always been consistent. The pizza is flavorful and always hot. Breadsticks are good but the cheese sauce flavor needs be kicked up a notch. The wings are usually ok. I love Marcos because I can order a thin crust in any size, unlike some places where I have to order a medium or large. Service and food was good however I had to remind the employees that they must wear gloves when preparing food. Not a single employee had gloves on while preparing the food
