Dr Hutcheon is kind but the front desk person is terrible. We get hit with surprise charges ($165 today) every time we come. They do not give you an accurate estimate ever. They say they take insurance but then they bill it as something else which can’t be billed to insurance. The billing is a hot mess. There are much cheaper, more straightforward and upfront places to get an eye exam. Also they use drops but give the drops 30 minutes to work so the appointment takes over an hour.
