Thank you John, for suggestion of Epsom salt baths to draw out pain and soreness from over use muscles. Now i have a good reason for a bath. Oh and I discovered Kinesiology tape for shin splints, im taping my hamstrungs next.
I don't normally take time out to write reviews but I couldn't resist after receiving the most amazing massage at Marchese Sports Therapy. Katie took the time out to listen to the problems and issues I have had with some constant pain, and today I feel like a whole new person. She is very knowledgeable of every muscle and pressure point and takes massage to a whole new level.
