Eight years after successful meniscus repair surgery on right knee, as expected, X-rays showed arthritis had developed, which has recently caused painful inflammation. After a cortisone shot, got almost instant relief and will be returning to have a lubricating gel injected (which has been very effective for my husband, also a patient of Dr. Connell).
