Hard to understand why Dr. Mark Connell does not get straight five star evaluations. He listens to your concerns, answers questions clearly but also has the honesty to say "he doesn't know" and gives you his time as appropriate. I changed surgeons after my first knee was replaced and it took me 18 months to recover; six weeks for full recovery for the second knee. I’ve commented previously on Dr Connel. He’s outstanding and has treated me for torn rotators, bad knees, broken wrist etc etc etc. there is no one I trust more.
Dr. Connell is always extremely knowable, explains the situation in plain english, and has a wonderful confidence-building bedside manner. I never feel rushed, and his guidance over the year has been spot on.
