Marathon health in Centennial is trash! Cancelled on me last minute after driving there, which is 40 minutes away! Would’ve been my first time here and definitely never going back!
Excellent services, Dr. Carmelita Payos is wonderful, she is a great human being, she answers all your questions without rushing you, the attention is almost immediate from the moment you arrive at the office.
My experience at this facility has been positive in that my appointments have been timely, and the Medical Assistant and Doctor are both very nice, kind and professional. Both are also very personable, knowledgable and caring. The facility is smells and looks clean, and feels fairly new. I have dealt with their referral coordinator who is based elsewhere, but is fairly communicative and timely. I went in for a physical and I could have completed the same exam at home, height, weight, temp etc. Spoke with the doctor and she was nice and made some referrals. However having to use their call center for the referrals and just to make contact is exhausting. like the others said why have a phone if you don't answer it, its an endless game of phone tag. I would not recommend them unless you have no other option.
