Leaves a lot to be desired. I think they're on their 3rd doctor since 1/1/25. This is problematic because the new Dr will not renew my Rx's if I haven't seen them, even though I've been there several times, and have been on the same meds for decades. Also getting in touch with them is an exercise in futility.
Marathon health in Centennial is trash! Cancelled on me last minute after driving there, which is 40 minutes away! Would’ve been my first time here and definitely never going back!
Excellent services, Dr. Carmelita Payos is wonderful, she is a great human being, she answers all your questions without rushing you, the attention is almost immediate from the moment you arrive at the office.
My experience at this facility has been positive in that my appointments have been timely, and the Medical Assistant and Doctor are both very nice, kind and professional. Both are also very personable, knowledgable and caring. The facility is smells and looks clean, and feels fairly new. I have dealt with their referral coordinator who is based elsewhere, but is fairly communicative and timely.
