I purchased 2014 Rav 4 October 5th 2017, as of today March 13 Title work still not correct. Informed by State March 10th that Title work from dealership not correct. If you purchase from this dealership/ triple check the title clerk paperwork. It will save you months of frustration. My next step will be to take day off from work to go to Motor Vehicle Dept / find it in downtown Minneapolis and attempt to resovle. Nothing but frustration.!!
Service department very difficult to work with. Not willing to work with us to get Safety recall work done.

Tom "Wessy" Westcott is the BEST! He made the scary process of finding a new SUV so easy and not scary at all! He listened to exactly what I wanted in a new SUV and he found me the most amazing 2018 Highlander XLE! He made me feel so welcome and he didn't pressure me into buying anything I didn't want/need! The rest of the staff I encounter were also amazing! Everyone was so friendly! The waiting area was clean and comfy! Also, the cookies were delicious! Thank you Maplewood Toyota for my amazing Highlander! I love it!
I take my Tundra there for service. Always great service. They never try to upsell me on anything. But will let you know in advance that things have to be serviced soon. And at MY convenience.
