Had the best experience ever. Knowledgeable staff, ease of buying, well run operation. Mark and Jim were professional and friendly. I didn’t get the name of the finance man but he made it so easy.
8/13 had my Corolla in for maintenance (last free one). Made an appointment and was out of there within an hour. Made another appointment for my Solara. It is always busy but as many vehicles sold there is always maintenance service and dependable people to work on your vehicles if the need arises.
Ka Vue - he is awesome - we have leased about six vehicles from him and he is honest and upfront about everything - highly recommend him - he gives and informs you all of the options. Keep up the good work Ka Vue -
We just left Maplewood Toyota after about 2 hours of wondering around inside and outside the dealership sales floor and got no service. There were lots of salespersons sitting around and even looking at us as we were discussing the vehicles and checking some of the cars on the floor. After about 2 hours of waiting for a sales person to help us or even say hello or ask us if we've been helped, we gave up and left for another dealership. I guess we weren't the kind of customers they were looking for.👎👎
