It's just laughable how Maplewood Toyota doesn't care about customers. So as normal, I received a "friendly" inquest regarding their service. After consideration for my words of my dissatisfication I replied back to the email it had been sent from. I thought they would actually be interested. But I get an instant reply that the person that received my message is on extended leave. A truly positive experience. We wanted to go from 2 cars to one - our sales person spent adequate time understanding our needs and goals. As a result we got a new Highlander with a payment that fits our goals and our needs. From sales, to financing options, to service everyone was helpful, courteous, respectful.

Maplewood Toyota is great. Everyone is friendly, courteous and the work is done when they say it will be done and it’s a done right the first time. I also really appreciate the fact that Maplewood Toyota doesn’t try to sell me things I don’t need.
Thanks to Bones my fiancé and I had such a great experience at Maplewood Toyota. He was kind, helpful, and fun. We came into the store anxious to purchase our first brand new car thinking it would be scary but we were wrong. Not once did Bones make us feel like we were just another transaction but welcomed and comfortable. Bones is incredible and I am so thankful he helped my fiancé and I with our first new car.
