Great sales staff, willing to work with you on financing, friendly service, and they don't leave you in the dark on anything. Was (and still am) very happy with my experience!
They'll do everything when you are buying, but do not care about you one bit when you come back later. I was trying to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan, so I wanted to know how much Toyota will buy my vehicle back for. I knew there would be a deficiency, but the Manager just told me that it'll be too expensive and advised me to just wait to have my vehicle repossessed. No thanks!
I just leased my 2nd Corolla yesterday and the whole process was extremely easy! Jim Miller walked me through the steps and showed me all my options for the new one. Helped me narrow down the selections based on what I wanted in color, accessories, and cost. He actually found me a better Corolla for a lower monthly payment!!! I have and will always recommend Jim to everyone I know who is looking for a car! Thank you Jim!!!
Great customer service as always. Found the squeaky problem, a walnut in my wheel.
Kinda pricey for just an oil change and tire rotation. But great service and nice amenities.
