I don't know what the complaints are about, I loved it. Phenomenal food and great service. I think the flat top brisket sandwich would make the pope kick out a stained glass window.

I do not Appreciate a hair in my sandwich and then being accused of putting it there even though it was dark and i'm blonde. It was curly and i have straight hair. The manager was rude and insisted on throwing away our food refunding the money and REFUSED to just make another sandwich. I even told him to forget it and let us eat and be refused and threw EVERYTHING away. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! Will NEVER eat here again!

Good burger, but nothing spectacular. But the "service" was terrible. They rush you through the line to order, won't let you sit down or grab a table until you place an order, and on our visit, the staff came to our table and asked us to get up and leave as soon as we were finished so that they could have our table for the next guests. I won't be back.
Some of the best hamburgers and impeccable service you will ever get! This isn't a trashy fast food restaraunt so all of the reviews of the owner being rude was probably justified because of the atmosphere is calm and collected. Very nice personel!
