Quite easily one of my favorite dining experiences ever. I was visiting Dallas for work on weekend and had only two days to see and taste the very best of the city. An article about the best local restaurants drove me here. I had the best burger I've ever had in my life accompanied by some excellent conversation with a few of the people who work there. Since then, if anyone is traveling to Dallas, I tell them that Maple and Motor is an absolute must. Much love from Atlanta, GA!

Good burger. Cooked correctly. Need a little more seasoning on the meat. Wish they had a couple of different bun choices to give me a different expireince. But the bun did NOT get soggy and held up to the juice and sauces so good job thier. Fries are crisp and hot & bacon is crispy thank god, I hate rubbery bacon. I'll be back
I heard about Maple & Motor from watching Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives on the Food Network and I must say it was the best burger I've had in a while if not ever!!!! The atmosphere was cool and laid back, and the service was excellent! I will definitely be going back soon!
That first bite of a pink burger served as they suggest (purple onion, tomato and mustard) is one of the best bites you'll ever experience. Messy as hell, but dang that's good.
