Although I didn’t buy the car, Because my Ford Focus was having factory transmission issue. I really wanted to buy the terrain but the very nice and professional employees informed me about my car and was very willing and able to help. They will have my business in the future. But I enjoyed the experience there
Experience was great. Listing was as stated, car was clean and ready for test drive with customer service on point. Although we did not buy we were not given an attitude neither did our contact try to upsell.
Quick response to my inquiry by text and email. Mike was helpful and did my application over the phone. He had me approved in less than 30 minutes! I didn’t have the best credit so this was exciting. Upon arrival I was greeted by Kristi who was very friendly, she offered me a bowl of her homemade chili. I have never experienced such hospitality at a dealership. I would definitely recommend them!

The dealet was responsive to my inquiry. The car was in decent shape but priced a bit high based on the condition. The dealer was not willing to lower the price enough to make the sale.
