Took boyfriend there for lunch for his birthday. Told my boyfriend their asada tacos sounded popular, we decided to go and try. He only wanted 2 but that wasn't a option. :( Upon serving, found them to be lacking, as it was only 'meat in tortillas' with no cilantro, onion or anything. Just some grilled scallions thrown on the plate, atop the tacos, beans 'n rice. 😏 Then when it came to my meal of a taco and tamale, loved the tamale (not so much the sauce) and the taco was made using store bought shells-- so disappointing!! ... read more
Business response:
We make our own taco shells fresh all throughout the day (see posted video of Fernando making some), but all our tacos can also always be ordered as soft tacos. Our Carne Asada tacos are available a la carte, and while the combination plate has three, they can be ordered in any quantity a la carte. They are served with grilled onions and pico del gallo, along with a small garnish consisting of lettuce a tomato slice, a dollop of sour cream and a black olive.
Totally impressed! WILL ABSOLUTELY be stopping here every time we are in town! Great food, great margarita, great service! Manny's got it down!!!
took some food home and within 20 minutes of eating was sick to my stomache and stayed in the bathroom the rest of the day and night. not that good tasting as everyone says it is.
