Manuel's is a must for my family when we are at Seacliff, 3 times a year. I/we have never been disappointed. Well except this last time when I dropped my leftovers on the floor the next morning😕, it was supposed to be my breakfast. ☹️

The food was good but the batter for the chile relleno tasted too eggy.
I went there because my brother thought their chili relleno was the bomb. My fav mexican meal is carnitas (which they didn't have) so I went for the chili verde. It was nothing special, it could've used more seasoning for me. Their menu is small and the restaurant is cramped too. For my taste it was just ok, I've had better mexican food in other restaurants. I do encourage others to try this place and see if it satisfies their taste buds.
RecommendedI grew up here and, have had the privilege of dining here since it"s humble beginnings .. I"m a vegie but, always enjoyed the very best cheese enchiladas anywhere-ever! Service/Smiles relax, even if it means waiting .. worth every bite! I really enjoy wet weather uncrowded weekdays in the off-season. I recommend 1/2 Mannys Salad - Quesadilla con Todos & a side of flour or corn tortillas for making table Burritos with a side order or 1/2 order of arroz & frijoles ~ :)
We just moved to a home just down the street from here, and we feel so grateful and fortunate to be so close to such a fun and warm family-run restaurant. We went for dinner at about 8:30 last Wednesday and the place was hopping...a great sign! The service we had was so friendly and quick, I had a couple amazing margaritas, and we had the best fish tacos we've ever experienced. I reckon the staff at Manuel's will get to know my family soon, as we will be back quite often :)

Great service good food a little over priced.....But what can expect it is a beach area in aptos ����
