Manuel Collision went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was like new again. I was kept informed at what was going on with the repairs and when it would be finished. They were 100 percent professional! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience.
By far the absolute best customer service, along with top quality work. They kept us informed on a daily basis about the repairs to my car. Met the timeline they gave us. Then to top it off, they detailed my car inside and out. They have a loyal customer in me. Their auto work is impeccable! No guessing games here! They are by far the best at what they do. Highly recommend!
Just picked up my truck and I couldn't be more happier. Their work is awesome. They shinned up my truck and it looks brand new show room clean. These folks are great to work with and their customer service is top notch. Both owner/managers meet me before and after to make sure I was satisfied. Manuel Collision is the best body shop I've ever done business with. Aaron is very caring and compassionate and did all he could to help me with my car. After dealing with a hit and run, the last thing I needed was to deal with uncaring people. The staff is so friendly and the service is fast and thorough. And the work on my car looks amazing! Amazing work! I received regular updates on the progress of my car and when I got it back it looked wonderful! They even detailed the car. The interior was spotless, and that is saying a lot from a guy with 2 children.
I have had to use body shops before, but this was by far my best experience! The people are nice and do what they say they will. The text updates are awesome. My truck looked brand new. Showroom ready when I picked it up. Thank Manuel Collision Center.
