The entire staff are helpful and friendly. They not only did an excellent job repairing my car but went the extra mile to wash and vacuum it. My car looks like a new car. My Cadillac came home today, very very happy. The repair was flawless, the extra work I had to "fix" prior repairs was perfect, and I was kept up-to-date with text updates throughout the entire process. Can't say enough positive about this experience.
My car came out looking like nothing had happened to it. They kept me updated through text messages on the progress of my car and it was ready right when they said it would be. They even took care of insurance.
5/18/17:Just got my Jeep Grand Cherokee back and they did a fabulous job!!! 9/6/18: Took my Jeep here again after hitting a cow and once again they did a fabulous job!!! Went out of their way to keep me updated on the whole process and I really appreciate that.
They did a great job fixing my very hail damaged car. They also have some of the best customer service around.
I was a little put out that the insurance company sent me to an out-of-town collision center because I usually only deal with local people that I trust. But I loved the service I received! They did all the contacting insurance and rental car stuff, they kept me updated on the progress, and my car looks great!
Got a bunch of hail damage on my new car took to Manuel they done a wonderful job repairing my car when I got it back it looked like it was brand new again
