I hit a deer in my 2014 Chevy Malibu. I received an estimate from Derek, who walked me through each item that would have to be either fixed or replaced entirely. Derek was extremely thorough in this estimate. I was kept updated as to the progress of the work. They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle & made the process stress-free. Took time to answer all my questions, kept me updated on the timeline, and stayed in contact with the insurance company paying for my rental to make sure I was covered until my car was ready. Hopefully no more wrecks for me, but if so, I will definitely return to Manuel.
