this place is pretty terrible.
This used to be a well ran office with some excellent dr. But all of a sudden they don’t take medical which leave my grandson who has a genic defect in his eye with out a quality Dr. Then they don’t take Medicare and charge a $45 refraction fee which Medicare saupys in not approved. So that leaves me out and I’ve been seen Dr Steelhorn for almost 35 to 40 years! Not a well ran office anymore! Sorry had to find a new eye dr for both my grandson and myself
Doctors are good, administrative personnel don't listen to what they are told they assume they know what you want. Have been going for about 20 years. The last two years are when the problems have occurred.
We've been going to them for 14 years and just lately started getting bad service. I don't know what changed but its definitely not the same kind of care we used to get.
