Always great service. knowledgeable staff, doctors are easy to talk to. Glasses are my least favorite thing to buy but they always make the experience painless.
Unfortunately, I will not be returning after my experience picking up my contacts lens. I was treated very rudely by the young woman giving me wrong information about my order. Even after she figured out that she was incorrect. She was still persistent with having a bad attitude and was helpful with nativgating information to obtain my rebate. Always have a very pleasant time when I need my eyes check .... the whole family does. Everyone is very friendly and always very helpful. Dr Stellhorn is a great doctor and a wonderful man.
This use to be a great office with a great staff but ever since the Doctors wife took over running the office it has done nothing but go down hill. How can someone run an office when they have zero customer service skills. For someone who is supposed to be in charge she’s very rude, very arrogant& very micromanaging of the staff. Norma at Manteca Optometry is the best. every time I go there, she is the most happiest friendly lady. So helpful. I would recommending going there because of Norma.
