I love the care. They give my babies. I take my babies every 3 to 4 months and the always remember their names.
I've taken my dog to get his nails trimmed here a few times, this last time I was there the lady cutting his nails, cut 4 of them down to the quick! When I got him in the car he was frantically licking his feet, when I looked at his paws, his 2 front paws were bleeding and 1 back paw. That was yesterday, today, he is still recovering and hardly walking! I am livid at this establishment. These folks make your pet feel like their own and as comfortable as possible during their grooming day. They groom some cats and even birds occasionally
