The food is very inventive and beautifully plated. The venue is not as elegant as I had hoped.
My dining experience was exceptional. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable from the moment I walked in until I left. Their reviews and star rating is well deserved.

Every aspect of this meal was impeccable. I walked in, having worked at the farm four years prior, with no reservation and received the best meal and service of my life. Chef Kinch personally came to the table to introduce himself, and invited me to the kitchen after the tasting menu. The wine was paired perfectly with each course, and the Sante Adairius collaboration beer was incredible. Also- the updated take on 'into the vegetable garden' was just as amazing as the first version.
When we made our reservation three months in advance we were skeptical. We have dined other Michelin star restaurants including one in Singapore. We were disappointed at some. But at Manresa, we were just impressed with details and creativity and putting different ingredients in a dish yet able to taste each of them was incredible. We never had to wait for next dish. Almost 3 1/2 hours of dining was full of fun memories and we would definitely come back to this place.
Exquisite dinning experience and flawless service. They were able to accommodate us for our anniversary and went out of their way to make it a memorable night. The way chef transforms ingredients is nothing but work of art. So thankful for Kent for catering to our wishes regarding deserts and cheeses. Very rarely do we love the drinks made at the bar before we are seated, but these were amazing and refreshing. Servers were attentive from start to finish. Presentation was well thought out and dishes were perfectly cooked. We were able to taste the bitterness, sweetness, sourness, and saltiness. Quite a few of the dishes had some Japanese influence which we loved.
Excellent food and service. I Highly recommend it.
