Such an amazing dining experience from beginning to end. Four out of five people at our table had some serious dietary restrictions and food allergies, but they worked it out and knocked it out! Everything was if the most amazing quality and flavor. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive, and super personable of course. One of my most inspiring and thought provoking meals in my life a unique blend of local ingredients and culinary techniques from around the world. Masterly execution of subtle flavours intertwined with surprise elements in every course. I couldn't single out any course as my favourite however the herb garden with young garlic custard comes close and so does the heirloom tomato in turtle broth
Wow what can I say but praise to the entire team from the busboys in the kitchen the hosts and hostesses to the bartenders , The awesome waiter Kent it was spectacular food and impeccable service. I'm still in food coma because it left me speechless and in awe of the brilliant minds behind the orchestra of greatness, that is Manresa . A 5 hr evening I will never forget !!! Great restaurant. Very deserving of 3 s Michelin stars. Chef Kinch was kind enough to come to our table and greet us and sign our book. Will go back many times.
