I was called by my sales consultant and he laid out a trade of my 2009 Tiquan to lease a new tiquan with no cash changing hands .Since we are retired it saves me money on maintenance, extended warranty , tires , and normal wear items. Who in the car business would take the time to do something like this as my payments are virtually the same. Mankato Motors is the only dealer I would ever do business with period.
We choose this dealership because we were undecided as to model and it allowed us to drive Chevy and volkswagen. When Travis came out to say hi - he actually LISTENED (rare at a dealership) of what we wanted and allowed us to drive all we wanted & then suggested a nissan altima...it had everything we wanted, great warranty & we had not looked at it at all. Great customer service. Every time I had a question, they had a quick response to answer. They let me test drive 2 cars on two different nights. I live over 50 miles from the dealership and I couldn't believe they let me take the vehicles all the way home! I had been looking for a used minivan and Mike Bidwell found me the perfect one. It was easy for me to trade in my car and drive away in a new Routan.
A fraud when I was try to purchase a Jetta 2013 TDI. They use some low price entice me go there. When they sure you want this car, they suddenly call me and rise price. This kind of behavior wast me a lots of time. I never will trust this dealer again. The dishonest behavior is a huge scam.

I have purchased four new cars from this dealership and have found them to be friendly and courteous. For this purchase they were able to work with my lender so that I could drive my new car home without waiting. Salesman Cary Rentschler followed up to make sure everything was O.K. and coordinated a minor repair I discovered following the sale. This is the second car I purchased from Cary and consider him to be very knowledgable and competent regarding automobile purchases.
