All the staff we interacted with were fantastic. From the test drive to the signing of paperwork; we were comfortable with every step of the process. I had a great experience when purchasing our new car, everything was explained in detail. It took only an hour to talk, do a test drive, get a price for our used vechile and start the paper work on a Thursday that we then finished on a Saturday, we had our grandaughter with and she was accepted and treated like royality while we finished the paper work so we could take possesion of the vechile When Travis was showing my wife all the perks in the car our grandaughter was allow to ask questions also so friendly. Nick Dunbar and Dustin Elkins went above and beyond in locating our perfect vehicle. They found exactly what we wanted and stayed below our price point. They were prompt in returning all communications and answered any questions we had. They also made sure that everything was in place when we came to pick up the vehicle so that our 3 small children didn't have to be there very long while we were signing papers. EXCELLENT Service, freindly and personable sales. GREAT hassel free buying. Convenient! Close to home and GREAT PRICES for what we were looking for. Very easy to work with and they had a great selection of trucks. I was able to purchase the truck I was looking for at a price that made sense. The staff was great to work, made all the paperwork very easy and understandable.

My experience with Mike Fraze and Jason Wenk at Mankato Motors was nothing but pleasant. The purchase was not high pressure, everyone within the dealership was friendly and helpful. I like the no haggle priceing and appriciate the follow up that was done by both the dealership and Nissan Motors to ensure my satisfaction. The offer to stop by anytime for a wash is an added and unexpected perk. I have, and will continue to recommend them to others.

The staff is very friendly and very thorough when answering any questions. I am used to leaving price offers on vehicles(and machinery- I am a farmer) so this was different for me to have someone not even allowing me to leave an offer. I understand they feel most people do not enjoy that sort of thing as a buyer and so set the price as low as possible at the start. I worked with Joe, he was very customer service oriented and made sure I knew everything that was going on in the process. Having never leased before he made sure I understood how it worked. He helped me find the right car for the right money and compared to other dealers I visited in the area, the whole experience was relaxing.
