Mary in the service dept. scheduled the appt for our Jetta. She was informative and if she didn't know an answer she consulted the mechanic. All went well. The price at Mankato Motors is the best in MN and ND for the TDI timing belt change. Looking forward to visiting Mankato Motors again. BTW... we live in NW Minnesota, it was well worth the drive.

Cary was really helpful when I was in need of a new car. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and had also told me about his own experience with the make of the car. Cary was also very willing to hold the car for me while I got my financials in order and actually helped me find a loan over the phone, so I did not have to make the 30 minute drive to the dealer. Thank you Cary for all your help. I will definetly refer my friends and family to him if they are ever in need of a vehicle.

I would like to commend Russ Rieffer, Parts Manager, for excellent customer service. Even though we did not purchase our used 2010 Chevrolet from your dealership, Russ graciously put forth the effort to determine what part number we needed to complete our roof rack system. Great customer service is rare these days. THANK YOU, RUSS.

I was VERY unhappy with my salesman at my local VW dealership. I looked on the internet and found the closest dealer with the car and color I wanted. We worked everything out over emails and two phone calls. I drove 175 miles to close the deal. He was polite, professional and friendly. The monthly payment was even $20 less than I thought it would be. I was there a total of three hours and thirty minutes but time went quickly. I was very impressed with the ability to purchase a vehicle out of town. Having it delivered was a bonus. Being able to trade my car without any hassle was awesome.
