Emily is always great! She is always very thorough and really cares about your dental health as well as your overall well being. She explains what you need to do to properly care for your teeth and what you can improve on. Always a pleasure to see Emily for my teeth cleaning.
I thought everything was great!! Per Question 3: We got the insuarance figures back and I can't afford to do the 2 Crowns. But, I don't know what financial options there are. Probably doesn't matter....I don't have it

Emily was busy/backed up, so an alternative technician was available for my cleaning/checkup. She was extremely pleasant and did a wonderful job. Don't tell Emily, but I think she was even a bit gentler during the cleaning. ;) Shhhhh. Thank you!! Darren
As I told Dr. Sano the personal talking from the staff made me uncomfortable. I am hoping this will be addressed.

Emily was nice and explained everything she was doing to me. She really put me at ease! Loved the lavender towel at the end of my cleaning! Also enjoyed real towels in the bathroom. The atmosphere at the Smile Center is relaxing and spa like!

I would suggest making it clear that Dr Sanon is available from 8 onwards for those who schedule 7 am appointments. 7 am is attractive since we want to get on with other things and that wait time is an unexpected delay. Not a big deal overall (esp as this was a slightly longer visit with x-rays) but important to set good expectations for people trying to manage a tight schedule.
