The visit was fine, but I so wish the doctor/staff would stop commenting to Trevor about how bad his bottom teeth are. He is super sensitive about it and he knows they look bad but he is a surgical fix only before braces can be put on the bottom. He will have to wait years for this to happen, and every time it comes up he is upset when we get home. They look bad, nothing he can do about it for now. He thought staff would notice how he just had braces on the top to make those look good, but instead he was told he needs to fix... read more
Emily did an excellent job. The service was great.
The new building is really nice. Everyone there is always so friendly. I have lived in several places over the past 15 years and have been to many different dentists outside of Rochester. Dr. Sanon provides the best experience overall. He and his staff are very easy to talk to and I trust him. Let's be honest, nobody enjoys going to the dentist but Dr. Danon and his staff do a great job making you feel relaxed and comfortable.
It is always a plesent experiance
It's nice to walk in and be greeted by name, asked about my family and kids, etc. Some light background music in the lobby/waiting area would be nice. ;)
LOVE the hot lavender towelette at the end of the visit. Love the gals who do the cleanings. And of course, Manish Sanon is the best!
The entire team is wonderful! Dr. Sanon and all the assistants are always kind and empathetic throughout any procedure. Their patient's comfort is always a main concern. And of course the new office is beautiful and relaxing. Anyone who doesn't like the dentist absolutely needs to start going to Dr. Sanon. They will come to love visiting the dentist!!
