Our family was been with Dr Sanon for over 20+ years. I was surprised to see I had to paid a $25 fee because my son missed an appointment because of work :(
I was so grateful that the staff was able to accommodate my 3-year old when I had an early appointment for my teeth cleaning! Janet was so lovely and courteous and I really aporecuated it! She sat up my daughter to watch cartoons while she was taking are of my teeth! She answered my toddler's questions and included her in everything! I am so thankful for that! Thank you so much!
The rooms could use a bit of personalization, maybe a painting. Otherwise everything is very nice.
Love your new setting - I feel like I went to a spa! Love the cucumber water. Everyone is so friendly and pleasant.
I was very upset that my hygienist (Emily) was late by over 20 minutes. This was not the first time I was kept waiting by her because she was late. This is unacceptable to me and I have switched hygienists.

Everything was wonderful. so great to see Tasha. She is such a sweetheart. Kathy was very nice. Please tell Emily hello. I was unable to see her & congratulate her in person. Please do so for me & wish her the best of luck & that I appreciate all her care over the years and her presence will be missed if she decides not to come back to work.:)
Amanda did not introduce herself to me, I had to ask her name. She forgot to put a bib on me. She talked about iTunes & other things with the Dr. during my procedure.
