I am very impressed with your practice. I love being able to use email to communicate with the staff in your office. They made me feel welcome on my first day. The tried to accommodate my schedule for my follow up apt and called me when there was a cancellation. Thank you!!

As always, I'm very happy with my visit to the Smile Center.
I understand the hygeniest was fairly new. However, I had to ask for the little courtesy bag of toothpaste. I was not asked what flavor of polishing paste I wanted. I also felt my teeth weren't cleaned as well as before. Also the doctor never came in to do his final check. Everyone was friendly as usual. Maybe I am being petty or spoiled but I missed the special attention and courtesies that your office has given in the past.
Everyone was very nice from the time I arrived until I left.
