My hygienist was ok. My gums were sore after the cleaning. Perhaps with the baking soda and other treatments this is typical. I don't remember them being so sore when Emily did my cleaning. Love the towel after cleaning and the real towels in the bathroom. Gives it a real spa feel!

It is hard to beat Emily who left and moved to PA, but Janet (or is it Janice) was really wonderful too! Way to go Janet!

I referred my sister and her family. She said she was given free movie tickets. I was the one who did the referring and was given nothing. Just thought this was odd.

I was not given the option for music or television. It was set to music with a waterfall picture. I had hoped to watch the 5:00 news. Little touches that I love from your hygienists was missing. :) chapstick, cleanliness, etc.

I don't usually complain but Janet talked way too much. Which is fine if she can talk and work at the same time, but that was not the case. I felt like I was having coffee with my bestie not getting my teeth cleaned - and this was the first time I had meet her
