Heather is terrific...I LOVE my haircut and she was thoughtful, deliberate and a superb listener. She also taught me a new trick when I dry my hair on my own. I also like the relaxed, Old Town Oakland vibe in this salon. Plus, the ability to change into their T-shirts before your haircut is a huge plus...I left without shards of hair all over my own shirt. I highly recommend this delightful salon. And Heather...I already booked my next appointment with her. So happy I found her!
