Great place to dine in We love the food, love the staff, and love the owners!!
Pricey But Good There are only a few nice restaurants in Bakersfield and Mama Tosca is one of them. They have been around for several years and have perfected the Italian cuisine. The entrees are expensive, so be prepared.
