Great ravioli with pink sauce!! Great ravioli with pink sauce!! Escargot is my favorite for my birthday. I have had escargot at Mama Toscas for my birthday for 20 years. Maggie's servics was 5 stars!!

Pricey But Good There are only a few nice restaurants in Bakersfield and Mama Tosca is one of them. They have been around for several years and have perfected the Italian cuisine. The entrees are expensive, so be prepared.
