Dr. Brown took extra special care of my husband and I after our car accident. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. She's so warm, friendly, and professional, and made every effort to get me in when my neck pain was at its worst. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Dr. Brown and staff are fabulous. I've been to many a chiropractor and he continues to go up and beyond all expectations. His knowledge about vitamins/nutraceuticals is also impressive!
They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
